Luxury Apartment Pipe Break

Pipes can break in even the newest of buildings. This Apartment building was only a year old when a pipe burst on the fifth floor causing water damage on each floor below. Drywall, rugs, and other porous materials soaked up a ton of water so they all needed to be cut out and replaced. The non-porous materials such as sub floor and other concrete items just needed to be dried. All water was extracted with industrial vacuums and once all that is done is when we can bring other equipment in. We set dehumidifiers and heavy duty fans every where in the building. Within a week, all residence were back in their apartments.
